Sri Maharaja Rakai Pangkaja Dyah Wawa Sri Wijayalokanamottungga , better known in Indonesia as Dyah Wawa , is the last ruler of the ancient kingdom of Mataram in central Java (924-929). What we know about him comes essentially from an inscription on the ” Minto Stone “.
Wawa’s son-in-law and successor, Mpu Sindok (R.929-947), moved Mataram’s court from Java Center to East Java in 929. Sindok was reportedly buried in the Belahan Temple near Pasuruanin East Java .
